The elegant chandeliers and dance floor in the event room on the lobby level exuded grandeur. the handmade pastas and Napolitano style pizzas at Domenica restaurant were a culinary delight. As a professional photographer, I appreciated the inspiring artwork and elegant furnishings that adorned the grand lobby lounge. However, the noise levels at night were a downside, affecting the overall peace and tranquility of the stay. the situation outside the hotel was also concerning, with broken pavements and sketchy individuals, prompting me to prioritize safety and switch to a different hotel. The professionalism of the bellmen and housekeeping staff, along with the cleanliness of the rooms, were noteworthy. the hotel's central location in downtown New Orleans provided easy access to the city's attractions. Overall, the Roosevelt Hotel New Orleans offers a blend of luxury and history, catering to those seeking a taste of old-world charm in the heart of the city. As a solo traveler, I valued the attention to detail in the decor and amenities, although the noise levels and external surroundings did dampen the experience slightly.
